I returned one phone for an exchange
I returned one phone for an exchange, which was supposed to take 2-5 business days. 11 business days later I called. They had given me a credit for the return and closed the order. This was said matter-of-factly. There was no apology, no nothing. Upon receiving the first rating, there gave me full credit for my return and $10 my 2 new phones and said they would arrive that same day. Well it took 2 more days, but I have them now, they were easy to install and they are up and running.
