Ordered a headset from them. It arrived promptly but didn't work. Sent int he form to get a replacement and was supposed to get a label to return the defective headset. Didn't get it. Called back 4 more times. The last two times I was told that my case was being elevated. Never got anything. In order to dispute with the card company had to pay $11 to ship back to them. Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 VHF radios "STANDARD HORIZON HX210 6W MARINE VHF TRANSCEIVER BRAND NEW" and upon receipt of the order one of the units was obviously used/returned. It had been reprogrammed from factory, the power cord rewrapped, and the plastic the parts come in when "new" was not present. I called customer service to let them know this happened more for their information than anything else, and they want pictures etc. (what would pictures help here????) I am buying more equipment, however, due to what I consider deceitful practices, I will not order anything from this company again. The representative cared more about making me "go away" than fixing their internal issues and providing what they advertised to their customers. I can no longer trust this company to deliver what they advertise.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. we ordered "certified refurbished" call center headsets. The items received had missing and or incorrect parts. Most importantly they appeared to not even have been cleaned much less "refurbished. The employees would not even put them on due to the ear pieces. They appeared to have been pulled from the trash and placed for sale online. do not do business with this company. on the upside, they will ship the unsanitary and incomplete items quickly!

Worst customer service ever. Don’t order from these guys- they advertise 2-5 days delivery. It’s been two weeks now and I still don’t have my order. They shipped UPS and then handed off to USPS. What a cluster. Each entity is blaming the other. Ultimately Factory won’t resend or refund. They are telling me I have to wait another 8 days to get a resolution from them. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS AGAIN !!!

Ordered 6 Bosch water filters for ~$100 that correctly matched my refrigerator model and received them, but when I installed the replacement filter it did not work and it made a hammering sound. I called FactoryOutletStore and the customer service rep could not tell me why the product I ordered does not work and offered to send me 1 original Bosch filter at $50, a refund of $50 and instructed me to throw the 6 that do not work away. The company actually sent me 2 original Bosch filters and charged me $20 more for the privilege of doing business. When I called to see why I was being charged more rather than getting a refund I was left on hold for 10 minutes and then told they sent me 2 so I owe them more money. I hope my phone calls were recorded for training purposes because that is ridiculous.

I gave this site a 1 star rating because I was not able to clear my screen after I placed this order until I wrote a review . I HAVE NOT received the products yet. I ORDERED IT 5 secs ago! How can i rate a product I JUST ORDERED? Get your $#@%# together.

I would give no stars if it was an option. Took one day longer to receive than eligible for a return to be placed. ( 31 days) Terrible customer service. If you want to return you pay shipping both ways. Not happy.
