Rip off return policy - which was corrected.
I spoke to a customer service person who gave me incorrect information on the functionality of a fish finder. I ordered on-line after discussing with the agent. When I received it, it did not meet my needs. I returned the item and was charged $40 restocking fee. I should not have had to pay this since the company misled me on the phone. 10/2/2020 The company responded to this review and refunded all of the money. I appreciate their consideration and change of mind to grant a full refund.
