Appalling Customer Service Tried to return a faulty wearable fitness tracker 5 months into my 12 month warranty and still haven't found a way through their scripted customer service jungle. Help.

They duped me into signing up for their email list to get $10 off my order, but then no $10 off ever dame.

On 04/03/20 I ordered a Garmin watch and got an email that my order was processed and I was gonna get another email once the item was shipped. A week later still nothing so we called and were assured that the item was shipping out that afternoon. The next day still no shipping information so we called again and were told one more time that the item was getting ready to ship but the agent would put a rush on it. Following day same scenario, no shipping information and another phone call. This time we were told that the previous two agents didn't know what they were doing and she was gonna send a message directly to the warehouse to have the watch shipped. A couple of days later and still nothing updated. Finally cancelled the order after this ridiculous game of back and forth. Still don't know what their issue was, but it was unacceptable.

Let me start by saying that I am satisfied with my mattress... so far at least. However, I am really very irritated by the customer service issues. First, they charged me the wrong amount up front because I was getting a credit for the price match but they still charged me the amount before the discount price. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and my credit card company to get the correct amount charged. However, it was a big pain and waste of time to try and resolve anything else further with this company after that point. Beware that they are deceptive with their various promotions and what they suggest you can receive along with the mattress. I never got the mattress protector they told me they would send. They have given a ton of excuses as to why- its on back order, theres nothing they can do, theres none in your size (despite waiting and calling back over a series of over 3 months). I was told I would be refunded a credit for the protector multiple times and it has not yet come. They straight out lie. They are also deceptive in that they allow you to pick a delivery date (such as a Sunday) that you may later and last minute be told is not an option by the delivery company... and be lied to again by the mattress company who will say they can fix the issue but cant.

The form kept telling me my phone number was entered incorrectly and even when the agent shared my screen and he tried it wouldn't work. He told me to then refresh the screen and all my data was deleted so had to start over. After 30 minutes of this I was then told there was a 30 day return policy but when I mentioned we had shelter in place orders and couldn't get to a post office if we needed to return it he came back and said they aren't even accepting returns, only for defective products. This new information should be clearly posted on the home page.
