Good prices and products-- return process could have used help.
I bought an item from this company which was duplicate. Unfortunately, though the order confirmation said 30 day returns, they would not accept returns within my 30 days of purchase. I tried twice to see if they'd reopened their returns and they hadn't. I waited some months and tried again and the initial response was no exception beyond 30 days. I persisted and customer service got me an exception. Price and product is good. Would have given 5 stars if they'd made their return process a bit easier. I was willing to wait but then had to do battle.
