Very efficient with quote, excellent flexibility with fitting dates, very friendly, and efficient fitting, the end product is just so good.

I am an old lady who has spent her entire life living with the old-fashioned green cloth blackout roller shades. So, when I needed replacements for the worn ones, I was a bit skeptical as to what the quality would be of vinyl 'economy' shades. I was impressed. These shades have a hefty weight and look absolutely great! The only things I didn't use were the enclosed brackets since the old [fashioned] ones that were already on the window were already on the window (no one likes change, plus I'm lazy). Great shades and great customer service!

Thank you very much for the great service and excellent quality blinds. As I think I mentioned in our early conversations we were also happy with the pricing as it was more reasonable than your competitors. The products arrived with easy-to-understand directions, and my son had absolutely no issues installing them and complemented the quality. Best of all they made Mom happy with each one being the right look and right colors matching her tastes ! Your teams' follow-up(s) allowed for us to ask the right last-minute questions we needed to ask to be sure we felt comfortable that we were ordering the right blind for each application. Thank you very much - we will be buying all of our blinds and shades from Factory Direct Blinds !

We have ordered from factory direct blinds in the past and their product was great and affordable. We ordered again recently and a great experience again. One of the blinds came with a big scratch on it and after contacting them they immediately stood behind their product and are sending a new one. Fantastic customer service and product!!!

My experience with Factory Direct Blinds on my first order was far from perfect to say the least. Once I expressed my disappointment with Kay in customer service, she took charge and worked for me with the company. I have placed another order. The only reason I came back as a customer was Kay. Excellent customer service!

I purchased a total of five top down bottom up blinds from another company in all the same color over 11 years ago for my living room dining room area. Three of the blinds cover picture windows that are more than 5 feet wide and two of the blinds cover side windows on one of the picture windows that are about 24 inches wide. In the last couple of years, both of the smaller blinds sustained damage and the company I originally bought them from no longer carried the color of these five blinds. I was so disappointed because I hated the thought of having to replace all of them at a significant cost so that they would all match. I ordered color samples from Factory Direct Blinds and they had a color that looked to be a close match, so I ordered just the two small replacement blinds. Turns out they were exactly the same as the damaged blinds I was replacing, the color and even the hardware! This meant all I had to do was take down the old blinds and snap the new ones into place and they were a perfect match! Thank you Factory Direct Blinds!

Professional, knowledgeable staff made the order a breeze, and installation was so simple. Great Experience, I'll do it again when I complete the second floor, Save me lots of money, and it was fun!

I have ordered from this company once before and had issues with delivery. Unfortunately I gave them another chance because we added a window in the room and I wanted the same blind for the 2nd window. They ship from Mexico not Florida like their website says. So your package will say shipped but never updated. I have yet to receive the blind.
