Many faces available. Paid for one that won't load on my Samsung Watch 9 and doesn't show in the Android Wear app.

They do offer many great watch faces. The problem is their programming. Many times, I had to contact support for something buggy in the app or download. And support is miserable and terribly slow to respond. I want to like Facer but am completely frustrated over the past few months using their app

It seemed like a good idea at the time. I did like the designs of the faces. But the step count never worked. It would get up to 900-something and then stop. And the face would go away every few days. Following the steps from Facer did not restore the watch face. Then it would magically reappear... only to disappear again a week or so later. Horribly inconsistent. I feel bad for the talented designers but if the data isn't right the rest of worthless.
