Many faces available. Paid for one that won't load on my Samsung Watch 9 and doesn't show in the Android Wear app.

They do offer many great watch faces. The problem is their programming. Many times, I had to contact support for something buggy in the app or download. And support is miserable and terribly slow to respond. I want to like Facer but am completely frustrated over the past few months using their app

After 1 week of trying I could not download 1 face to my watch, wast of money.

Terrible Barely any free watch faces Complications don’t download If they do, they stay the same as the image and don’t adjust to you.

Shocking customer service! I purchased a reduced annual subscription for £9.99 only to be told a few weeks later that I had cancelled the subscription, which I had not, why would I? Numerous tedious emails which were stringing me along eventually lead to no assistance and still a cancelled subscription. I gave up in the end. Stay clear of these bandits who will steal your money, the watch faces are also not worth the money so don’t bother.

Facer is a scam! I unsubscribed, but I still got charged for premium, again.

Rip off after paying for a full year subscription they remove the app from the wear store making it useless. Complete scam they blame it on Google? How can other watch face applications still work for pre wear 6 then?

Most of the watch faces are premium which come at additional cost after paying for the app.
