First, the product is good. Taste good and is fresh. Delivery is fine. Shopping there site is easy.

It’s supposed to be dark coffee it’s not. It does have a nice flavor but it is not strong by any means. I was very disappointed especially since I ordered six of them

The coffee was very good and smooth, but I like my Starbucks dark French roast better and it is less expensive. Smooth is a very nice characteristic of a coffee, but a rich, full body coffee taste is essential and I felt it was lacking.

The medium roast didn’t have enough coffeeishness for me so I got dark roast and I love it. I make it strong. I do the pour over method with the ceramic cone filter lined with an unbleached paper liner, resting on top of my cup. Take care the water is not boiling or you’ll ruin any coffee you are making, you don’t want a burned or bitter taste. Once the grounds are wet, pour a little, wait, pour a little, wait, etc etc until you have the bloom and the amount you want. It’s the only coffee I can drink black. Although it keeps me awake at night just as viciously as any other coffee, it does not bother my stomach the way others have in the past. I am noticing the beans take a bit longer in the grinder, so I pulse grind them so as not to let the grounds get heated by my grinder motor. You have to really crush these beans, they are not as brittle as others. Grind them to the fineness you like. Be warned that no cup of coffee is good unless you take care at each step. The final step is aeration: pour your hot coffee into another mug that you already heated (with some of the boiling water, that you then emptied into the sink), and you will have much more flavor in your cup, and it will stay warm. Delicious.

I love my Fabiola coffee. I took it on 2 summer vacations with friends and family. They all enjoyed the smooth flavor without the acid issues. I feels so much better drinking it. My stomach is not bothering me. It is my regular daily coffee and I gladly share it with all of my friends.

The coffee is great. I had a glitch and it was handled professionally and efficiently. Next, you need to come out with a way to brew coffee without using a plastic appliance to heat the water. :)
