Spent $193 on order for 8 bags. This coffee is, putting it generously, mediocre. Not full-bodied and no distinct flavor. Claims a "deep caramel sweetness." Don't know where that's coming from. Has great reviews on its own website. But-- most of the customers have indigestion w/ coffee, stomach sensitivity, or esoph. regurge, so product is geared toward them. Return policy: Unopened bags cannot be returned. They refund a max of 3 bags, no matter how many are purchased. Should have been suspicious, as there is no country of origin. An "exclusive" expensive product is suddenly available mass market. Was hoping for coffee that was would be enjoyable to drink, but this doesn't quite cut it.
