Impossible to return an item that was the wrong size. Fabricoz refuse to respond to emails and completely ghost you. No customer service. Would never buy from this site again.

They make it impossible for you to return an item. They simply do not respond at all (on any of their contact channels). Terrible after sales service.

Ordered a fabric for shalwar suit, unstitched. It was an expensive item and paid express postage for it as well. When it came from India (by the name it sounds like it is Australian) after 10 days, it is so poor quality that it doesn’t even worth the money I paid. And then it was damaged/ripped right at front near the neck. Sent emails to seek help, no reply no answer, zero help. There are plenty of other websites from Pakistan that you can order similar quality for quarter of the price. For the price I paid I could get far better quality but mum had to travel and we thought we could get it quicker from a “local” vendor. I literally feels that we have been scammed and how would I explain it to my elderly mum as to why they do not respond or help?

They sell replica and worst customer service and big scammer. Don't waste your money on this website if you want something urgent and get on these cheap websites which promise a great deal but you end up with cheap stuff.

I ordered the item showed in the catalogue and they have delivered me the cheap, replica dress.The fabric is totally different and now they are blaming the stitching. They will tell in website its USA based but its not.Very bad customer service,no refund was made.They even dont apologize for their mistakes.Very bad wedsite to shop, not worth the money.Its ruined the special day.

They are fraud. Dont buy any product from them. I spend $130 for one set of kamiz and they gave us replica. Its not same as picture. please stay away from them!

They cannot make you anything if you are over a size 16 in the bust. I am normally an 18-20, but i have a larger bust. they didn't even offer to make me something else, even though i asked for other options and would be willing to pay more. I am very disappointed.

This is not a trustworthy business. I bought a dress which cost $126 with custom stitching. I received a dress that is 5 inches longer, 5 inches wider and it is so big that the waist sits on my hips. The pants are so wide that they fall off. I have shared pictures and send repeated e-mails asking to return the dress for a refund. They have not responded at all and have totally ignored me. They are not trustworthy and do not care about customers. They have charged me $126 for something that is unusable.
