They make it impossible for you to return an item. They simply do not respond at all (on any of their contact channels). Terrible after sales service.

I needed a one week turn around and custom sizing on an outfit for a wedding that added an event. I couldn't remember my prior sizing and in any case needed tweaks. Fabricoz came through with my prior measurements so I could adjust them, the salwar kameez I ordered was on my doorstep in time for my flight and fits just as desired. Top notch!

Was pleasantly surprisesd by the customization options that were available to me in terms of the stitching options. Moreover, Fabricoz delivered the dresses right before her birthday despite submitting the order a week earlier. Ordered a fabric for shalwar suit, unstitched. It was an expensive item and paid express postage for it as well. When it came from India (by the name it sounds like it is Australian) after 10 days, it is so poor quality that it doesn’t even worth the money I paid. And then it was damaged/ripped right at front near the neck. Sent emails to seek help, no reply no answer, zero help. There are plenty of other websites from Pakistan that you can order similar quality for quarter of the price. For the price I paid I could get far better quality but mum had to travel and we thought we could get it quicker from a “local” vendor. I literally feels that we have been scammed and how would I explain it to my elderly mum as to why they do not respond or help?
