Horrible experience- lack of response from the company regarding returns process. They advise that they will refund the stitching cost but haven't done so yet - furthermore when asked to review the return request due to loose beads, they do not respond to your multiple email follow ups. Would rather save your time and shop elsewhere as this company does not have a phone number to call, so there is really no way to contact them and get a proper response.

I was sent the wrong item. I was asked to submit proof which I did and no response since. Company Fabricoz is advertising free returns and 24 hrs response. Nothing is being done. No human available to speak with or contact phone or real time communication option.

Sari received was unwearable. Material was a cheap and horrible syntheic mess that had an awful chemical smell. The applique and design on the blouse was different from the photo. Asked for a refund OR an exchange for store credit even and never heard anything back.

We had a wedding for my cousin on Nov 25th onwards and My wife wanted to order and wear the customized Anarkali dress, which we have ordered after they told me that the dress will be shipped and delivered on or before November 23rd, after that I do not need the dress if it is delivered after Nov 23rd. Dress was delivered before Nov 23rd, but what they have sent someone else's package to me and my package to someone else. I reported to them about it and they blame to packaging and shipping. After all, it's overall their responsibility to ensure customer receives great product and on time. I asked for full refund I paid, but I didn't receive any positive response from them so far. This is very bad customer service and very bad handlings of them. Do not recommend to buy anything from here.

I purchased a sari/suit. But they didn’t send me the one I ordered. When I put in a PayPal dispute they then threatened me. All they had to do was send me what I ordered. The site also looks like you are dealing with a company in Australia but you are not. Don’t trust an order with them

I would give them a zero if I could. First, they told me they would not be restocking an item I wanted to purchase (it was sold out). I was really upset because I liked it a lot. Then, a few weeks later, I was on their website and saw it was back in stock anyway. I ordered it, and when it arrived the outfit was too large. The shirt looked too big, but I figured I could make it work. The pant, however, was WAY beyond my size and had no string to tighten. I messaged them about this, and they said questions about sizing should be sent to their email. I emailed them and never got a response. I messaged them three more times since then, and have been ignored on there as well. I can't wear this outfit, and their customer service has done nothing about it. Do not buy from here, if for some reason your outfit is not what you wanted, you're stuck with it.

I ordered two suits from them. One was a lehenga and the other was a saree. The saree was supposed to be silk but came in a very paper-like cotton material that had a strange smell. I paid extra for stitching which was a big mistake because they stitched the blouses in the shape of a box like a square (very wide even though the picture showed them fitting). The lehenga's sleeves came in very short even though I ordered longer, fitted sleeves. It was supposed to be satin but was very clearly cotton. They don't have the actual dresses in the pictures they show. They just imitate them using cheaper fabric and material. Please save your money and time. Even the embroidery was very cheap and had loose strings. When I tried to return they said it was impossible because of the stitching. I wasted my time and money. Don't be like me

Bad horrible unprofessional customer service. Bad quality. Pakistani suits is a big fat lie. Sending clothes from delhi imitatinf Pakistani pattersn. They’re cheap quality bad stitching to wrong size. Will not respond and will block you if you reach out to complain. Stay away.
