Would give 0 stars if possible! Like others fell into the trap of ordering the unbreakabear! Waited nearly a month for it to arrive and when it did arrive the neck of it was ripped open! My dog didn’t even get chance to play with it! I have requested a refund and they have offered to replace it, the quality of product is poor it has no squeaky in it. I said I would rather have a refund and been told that I would not get my full money back so my best option is to accept a replacement! I was also charged an extra £3 when I paid for it, they did refund this when I contacted them, however if they do this frequently and people don’t contact them!! Absolute con artists avoid at all costs! Not UK based, will be raising a dispute with credit card company!

Do not use this dreadful company. I ordered the ‘un breakable’ bear dog toy. My dog ripped it within 1 minute. Teddy’s from the charity shop last at least a week! When I contacted them, they refused to give me a refund even though their site states money back guarantee and satisfaction guarantee. They had the cheek to offer me £4 refund, then upped to £6 even though I paid £11.99 for the toy - and I bought 2.

Advertise something as non destructible for dogs but not true. Disappointing product and wasn’t cheap!!

Supposed to be an indestructible dog teddy. My dog ripped it apart in less than ten minutes. Company also charged me £3 after the initial order which I complained about and was refunded for it. Now they offer me a £1 then a £3 refund and tell me I have to pay to return the toy. No way. You want it back you pay for your shoddy products. PayPal case opened.

Be warned This Company is an absolute SCAM and I am now relying on Pay Pal to get my money back for me

I purchased the so called indestructible bear, it was given to my dog and he destroyed it in less than 2 mins. I wrote my review on their page and it was removed! They only allow positive reviews that deceive shoppers. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and don’t fall into the trap that I did. They are also not UK based as shipping when across the world to get here.
