I purchased the "Blue Card" Visa. I'm in Canada and I needed a US credit card with a US address. Purchased it with Bitcoin with no issues. I believe others didn't read the instructions fully. You can't close the payment page until the payment goes through which takes a while because I paid via Bitcoin. I needed the card for testing purposes for several of our websites that we manage. So far it's worked with all of them. I was concerned it wouldn't work because one site is a Canadian website but accepting US dollars and we had to set the credit card to a US address as only customers with a US address can checkout on that particular website. The transaction went through perfectly though. They should make it clearer that there you do NOT setup an account to make purchases though. I could see someone getting confused that they order something and nothing arrives in their email because that's not the way it works. You make the purchase and the actual credit card details are given to you on the spot. (but with a 30 to 60 minute delay if paying via Bitcoin). You can still login to see your balance but it's not really an account you register. You enter your cc number and a PIN to see your balance and transactions. That worked perfectly as well.

I think some people say it's a scam because they didn't follow all the steps described on Ezzocard's website or lacked the knowledge to perform the transaction. The website gives several possibilities when it comes to payment. As far as virtual cards are concerned, one must follow less conventional payment methods so it may seem difficult for some people. As for me, I did buy many cards and whenever there was a problem I reached out their support and they were very comprehensive. All you have to do is to do things well and if you talk with their support be clear and give all the details about your transaction. A good experience overall. Except that, prices are a little bit high but you get to lower them, read more on Ezzocard's website to see how to do that. The other thing that may be dissuasive is that if you pay with perfect Money there are processing fees wich makes the whole offer expensive even with the discount.
