I wish I knew about this earlier
This platform is so easy and seamless to use. I was struggling to purchase a CMS theme because they only accepted credit cards, PP and bank transfers. Those weren't an option for me. However, I had lot's of untouched crypto currency just sitting there and waiting to be useful. Thanks to Ezzocard, I was able to quickly convert my crypto to a valid VCC without wasting time and creating an account or taking pictures of my ID to send to who knows. Crypto transfered, waited 30 minutes due to large mouvement on the blockchain, and after 1 single confirmation, boom, i had my card number and my CMS theme was successfully purchased 5mins later. Thank you Ezzo for making the process easy, seamless and fast

Stay away, scammers
I bought two cards, none of them was working. Both of them had invalid CCV. I contacted the support, which was very unprofessional and lazy and not helpful at all. On the conversation it was clear that they only want to steal your money and don't even care if you can use these cars or not. In the end they asked me to get a Violet Card, after Brown and Orange didn't work, in order to pay for the service I want, as according to them it worked before for that service. That was a lie apparently, because they only sell 5 usd or 10 usd violet cards which ofc are not enough to pay for the mentioned service.

Couldn't sign up to a subscription with stripe using the violet card. Support is offline.

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you could not use the card as per your interest. Please pay attention that not all the services support prepaid cards as a form of payment. In reference to the stripe, unfortunately our cards do not work with stripe. Regarding our support team, please make sure you tried to contact us during business hours. Live chat support is available on a regular basis 6am-6pm GMT Monday - Friday. Otherwise, you can always leave a request by email - all email queries are processed within 48 hours but we do our best to reply all of them within 24hrs!

Cards blocked. Waste of time and money
I bought couple of cards. They blocked my cards without any reason. I don't know why they did it. I tried to unlock my cards. I contacted support. Now my cards don't work. I can't use them at all. I have 3 cards with expire date 08/23 and $500 amount each but i can't use them. Ezzocard blocked them. I can't get refund as well. I lost $1500. I have all screenshots and proofs. See you in court

You contacted us regarding the issue you faced while using the cards at different times and we warned you about the specific activity that may result in cards being blocked (see Terms and Conditions) namely "...please pay attention multiple dubious or suspicious transactions (authorization reversals, declined transactions, chargebacks etc...") Unfortunately, you continued to perform the suspicious activity and as a result of your actions the cards were blocked by the bank. The security system never triggers without a reason. Please, next time when using the cards, read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We strongly recommend being more careful in the future when using prepaid cards.
