Response from EZ VPN, Inc.Mar 28, 2020

We are very sorry and disappointed that EZ VPN™ didn’t meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction and safety are of paramount importance for us, which is why I want to highlight some crucial aspects of our product. • The owner of the EZBox™ is the only person who has full control; not even EZ VPN has access to certificates and devices. The EZ VPN support team can only check the status of the EZBox™ (Online / Offline) for support and troubleshooting reasons. • The VPN tunnel between the EZBox™ and EZ VPN's servers is always active by default, but users have the option to stop the connection or turn it on when needed. Neither EZBox™ nor any client software will be able to connect when the EZ VPN™ connection in on stop mode. • EZ VPN™ provides real-time notifications of connections-like events. EZ VPN is the only system on the market, giving you immediate detection and the ability to block the incoming connection on the fly from any device, your smartphone, or computer. • EZ VPN™ gives you access to users' history connection logs. • EZ VPN™ does not receive your devices' credentials, unlike cloud systems, and therefore your credentials are never exposed. • EZ VPN™ uses the safest security available encryption systems, using the best practices derived from tenths of years of experiences and by not using any proprietary encryption technology. EZ VPN's objective is to simplify complex processes while enhancing the security of VPN connections as no other system available on the market. Once again, we apologize that our service did not meet your expectations, and we would be happy to give you a full refund by sending an email to [email protected].
