Customer and technical support have been outstanding! I made the installation more complicated than it should be, but plugging it into power and then into a switch gave me access to our site via VPN. No additional setup was needed other than making an online user account and giving access to the people that I needed. I got quotes from a couple other "local" companies to have them setup a VPN, but it was going to cost about $1,000 for the equipment, $1,000 for installation, and almost $1,000 a year for their VPN/Security subscription. If you have you don't have an IT department to setup a VPN for your, I would highly recommend this solution to you.

Excellent product. The product is really simple to set up and use. The dashboard offers full control and monitoring of the entire ezvpn service. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have their network under control from external access. The price is correct for what you have in return.
