They sent the wrong part. I requested a return almost 3 weeks ago. The company is non-responsive. I've received 2 brief email responses saying they'd look into the issue but so far they have not provided a resolution. - - - If EZ Vacuum provides a resolution, I will come back to provide an update

Part was supposed to fit my vacuum,it didn't. Returned item, provided proof that they did receive it and they kept telling me they didn't get it Had to turn to a third party to get my money refunded .They are horrible.

They sent an item that was not a replacement part and did not fit into my vacuum. They then just repeatedly told me it was a replacement item and wouldn't resolve it. My only option was to pay shipping to send it back. Felt very scammy.

They were the worst place I've ever dealt with. They send the wrong part then argue with you that that is the part that you want. Trying to get him to answer through email is hard enough let alone when they do answer they just toss you around from tech to whoever and never answer the problem. You can't get them on the phone so when you finally do get them on the phone they promise you they will send the correct part but never do. They are the biggest pain in the ass company do not ever buy from these people.

My 99 yr old mom ordered some vacuum bags on Sept 25, 2024. As of today, Oct 9, 2024, she has received no information that the order will be or has been sent. Update. The bags were sent to my mom 3 1/2 weeks after placing the order. No notification was received by her of when she might get the bags. Their price was great. Their customer service was very lacking. We are just grateful to be finished.

part sent was wrong you will never be able to talk with a person just email and even then short responses no tech support ZERO help. The replacement part was manufactured incorrectly and we sent photos and their reply was just that our vacuum was old, which it isn't. Also the part took a LONG time to get to us.
