EZ Texting is where scam meets incompetency. They say they offer support 8am-8pm 7 days a week, but it's an abject lie. There is weekend "support" but the support agent will just open a ticket and make you wait till the next weekday for a response (if you're lucky). There are also many times during the weekdays where there are no agents available and support just disconnects you. The result, this service not only has blatant lies about their service standards on their website. It is also utterly unreliable if you are planning on sending time sensitive messages since they do not keep the support hours they have posted. With so much competition in the texting space, I would pick one that is honest and reliable (so not EZ Texting).

Our small organization tried this service a year ago and decided it wasn't what we needed. I thought that I had canceled the annual subscription, but apparently, I did not. We were charged for another year so I reached out to customer support and asked for a refund and cancellation since a quick look at our account will show that we aren't using the service. We have not even logged into our account in over 11 months. Customer support responded simply that it was against their terms of service and they wouldn't refund. I can fully accept that it was my fault I didn't cancel the subscription, but I also think it's very reasonable to ask for some courtesy for something that was clearly a mistake. We are all out here trying to make the most of the little time we have and sometimes things get missed. Unfortunately, they obviously don't care about customers, only the bottom line. They will write a reply to this review, but I have already gone back and forth with them and they will clearly not be making this right. So I'd highly encourage you to see their response to this review for what it is...utter nonsense. There are many other service providers that will actually care about your needs and not just their revenue so I would highly recommend you pass over this company. They are not worth your investment.

this company is the worst. I attempted to use their services for texting specials for clients from my website. I scheduled for assistance to set things up. It took 2 weeks to get on line with someone...mind you, the credits dont carry over. I spoke with their team. They had no idea how to upload the spreadsheet. They were to connect me with someone else. this never happened. I cancelled and moved to a more reputable service. They then continued to charge my card two more times. I kept reaching out and confirming the cancellation. My credit card processor finally refunded one month with the company refusing to refund all other monies. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. RUN QUICKLY. ALSO NOTE HOW THEY DONT HAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW AREA...THIS SHOULD BE A RED FLAG. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT REVIEWS ARE NOT EASILY SEEN. TRY GIVING GOOD SERVICE AND IMPROVING YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO HIDE ITEMS.

The platform is too restrictive and the block you for no reason Stopped using it and asked for a refund and was denied. I elected to not renew and they suspended my account. Stay away from this company. They won’t help you

I had used EZ Texting in two previous churches. While serving as interim pastor at my last church, I personally bought enough credits to last the church for a long time. The current pastor has not used it yet, and EZ Texting informed me today that if I did not pay for an additional year, I would lose all my existing credits and that the credits were only good for a year. I could not find anything on their website about the credits I purchased expiring. This is wrong and they should not be allowed to do that. We will lose over $200 in credit. We are a small church and there is no way for us to use that much credit in a year.

ur experience with EZ Texting has unfortunately been very disappointing. Five years ago, we purchased a significant number of credits from them with the assurance from their support team that these credits would not expire, provided we kept our plan active. Following this understanding, we diligently maintained our plan, fully expecting that our credits would be secure. However, without any prior warning or notification, we recently discovered that our credits had expired. This was both surprising and frustrating, as EZ Texting’s own representatives had clearly communicated that no expiration would apply under our current terms. When we reached out to their support team for assistance, we were met with an unwillingness to help or even consider reissuing the credits. Their lack of accountability for this issue reflects poorly on their customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. The cost implications are also significant. Repurchasing the expired credits would now amount to nearly $3,000 CAD, which is a considerable expense for any business. EZ Texting's refusal to honor their original commitment has left us feeling let down and concerned about the reliability of their services. For anyone considering EZ Texting, be cautious about promises regarding credit expiration and prepared for the possibility of poor support if an issue arises. This experience has shown us that EZ Texting may not be the reliable partner they claim to be.

I have an eztexting account as a real estate investor. I was sending out political texts as a concerned citizen, I am not a candidate or employed by a candidate. On the eve of the Presidential election, eztexting shut off my account. I had paid for 7000 texts and they did not send them. They refuse to return my money and they also charged my credit card almost $200 while my account was shut off. They will not give me access to my account because they say it is a real estate co and not registered as a political campaign but I am not a politician or employed by one. They do not have a phone and is likely just discrimination. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS THEY DISCRIMINATE AND ARE RIP OFFS.
