While we offer resource pages on our site and have a helpful bot that can answer any general questions, we typically recommend reaching out directly via email to: [email protected]. Our agents are on call Monday-Friday 9AM EST-5PM EST and we have a pretty fast turn around rate. 2F Security codes, though important and safest, especially for larger companies, can be tricky when it comes to different timezones.
