I really wish I could pause while were…
I really wish I could pause while were not active. We only need this service 2 to possibly 3 times a year.

Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback! We completely understand wanting flexibility when you're not actively using the service. The good news is that you can pause your plan at any time. Click the settings icon in the lower left corner of your account, select "Account," and then choose the "Pause My Account" option at the bottom of the page. If you’d like any help with this or have questions about how pausing works, our support team is happy to assist!

Messages hold for review
I don't like that lately most of my message are held for review. This is a bit frustrating

When it works it has been effective…
When it works it has been effective however sometimes the texts don't go out on the specified time and that for us is vital t our marketing strategy.

The App needs work
The App needs work. There is not an unread section of the app so good luck finding messages. Also every time you click to open a message and then back out it takes you back to the very top of the messages. Takes so much time to get anything done on the app. I have reached out to support about this but they don't seem interested in making it any better.

I keep getting notices that many of my frequent members are not receiving the last 2 blogs I created.

TEXTS ON HOLD
I had a problem with my texts being "reviewed" and not being sent out. Voiced my complaint to support because the texts were so basic of meetings times and cancellations, etc ... and it was remedied. Much appreciated. I put 3 stars because the texts needed to get out asap, so I went through too much stress. Hopefully, this won't happen again and then I'll upgrade to 5 stars because the service is truly amazing.

Overall an easy texting platform to…
Overall an easy texting platform to navigate. More personalization and customization would be helpful. My business sends reminder texts through this site and we have to manually change dates and times for each individual reservation (not a deal breaker for us though). The experience has been good and the customer service reps help within 24-48 hours. I like EZ texting for its ease of use. They also helped rectify an issue I had with bounced texts.
