Hi Josh, Sorry to hear about your experience on some of the items you ordered. As an authorized VIP distributor for Elf Bar, we can assist you in filing a warranty claim and getting replacements sent to your US address directly via the elfbar site. Every unit does have a warranty. Let us know what we can do or if we can guide you through the warranty claim process at elfbar.com/warranty-claim, or ebdesign-us.com/warranty-claim so that the review can reflect our company overall. We've also added some FAQs at the bottom of the ELF BAR flavors page for BC5000, which you may be able to use to fix issues you have with some autofiring devices, such as potentially just charging them up or cracking open the bottom carefully and wiping droplets of liquid from the airflow control sensor.
