Ezoic will dafür von mir 590$. Was für eine Unverschämtheit! Zum Vergleich: ein Monatsbeitrag für Premium kostet 7$. Einen Betrag von 105$, um vom Vertrag auszusteigen wäre ja noch ok, aber ehrlich 590$?

The Ezoic approval process is absurd. We have a clean, minimalistic website with over 625 meticulously written articles, each about 2,500 words, covering a great niche. After 8 days of "reviewing," they declined our application, citing "lack of valuable content." I checked analytics—turns out they only visited the homepage. The funniest part? They said my next review slot is in March 2025! Ridiculous. Deleted my account, removed their code, and honestly, it felt amazing. If you're serious about your content, don’t waste your time with them.

I saw a big improvement in my website’s performance after I stopped using Ezoic. The number of visitors started increasing, and my pages loaded much faster without the delays caused by their platform's requests. If you're curious, try it yourself - just disable Ezoic on your site for a bit and see how it performs. You might be surprised by the results!

Basically a scam now; they apparently fired all their human support for "lower tier" customers and if you have any form of problem whatsoever you're basically screwed. I signed up for their Premium plan BEFORE this happened, changed the URL of my website ONLY, and the process to re-authorize my site completely broke. No support. Paying them for less than nothing. Awful company, do not trust, do not use. Even before this their ads were slow as heck and revenue got worse all the time.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Ezoic. Their website claims, 'Ezoic can really save publishers a lot of time and stress in making sure that their sites will not be slapped with an Adsense Policy violation!' Unfortunately, this statement turned out to be completely false, and despite my bringing it to their attention, they have not updated this information. After using their service, my 14-year-old AdSense account was disabled for displaying too many ads. I had been using Ezoic’s "Best User Experience" setting, with the fewest possible ads, without any changes for months, yet my account still got banned. When I turned to Ezoic for help, they spent two months trying to figure out what went wrong. Despite claiming that I was their 'highest priority' and involving a so-called 'Google representative,' they ultimately failed to resolve the issue. What’s worse is that Ezoic withheld $3,148.26 in payments and never released the funds, claiming that Google took the money due to account violations, supposedly because it cost Google about $4,400. To add insult to injury, Ezoic charged me for their premium service for that time (2 months = $880). Essentially, they charged me for ... taking my money. This felt like a breach of trust—being charged for a service during a time when monetization had already been cut off, and with funds withheld under disputed circumstances. Their failure to provide adequate support and take responsibility for what happened has left me incredibly frustrated. If you’re considering using Ezoic, be very cautious. Their promises of protection from AdSense issues are misleading, and you may find yourself in a similar situation to mine. I appealed to AdSense four times but they refused to reactivate my account. I wouldn’t recommend Ezoic to anyone based on my experience. My response to Ezoic: It doesn't matter when it was written, and the text: "...making sure that their sites will not be slapped with an Adsense Policy violation" seems like a guarantee. And you still haven't changed it; you are constantly misleading people. "Ezoic does not have control over Google’s decisions to disable accounts" – so you shouldn't write "...making sure..." as you have no control over it. "It seems that the issue could theoretically have been triggered by a service page on your site displaying no real content" – the message from Google was that it was triggered by displaying too many ads. "Ezoic’s system never places excessive ads" – you placed quite a lot; that's why I set the "best user experience" setting. "As for the withheld payment, this is a direct result of Google withholding the funds due to the policy violation" – I don’t care; you controlled ads, so you are responsible. "It’s also important to remember that as the website owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring..." – Oh nice, so it's my fault then? I had Adsense for over 10 years with no problem. So why do you write "Ezoic can really save publishers a lot of time and stress..." "It's unfair to blame us for this, as we didn’t cause the issue" – Ezoic had full ad control at the time my account was banned. Despite this, they withheld my payment and continued to charge me for premium services after monetization ceased. That’s unacceptable. So where is the $880 that you charged me for taking my money?

Hello Tomasz, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration and would like to clarify a few key points. First, the statement you're referring to—"Ezoic can really save publishers a lot of time and stress in making sure that their sites will not be slapped with an Adsense Policy violation"—is being taken out of context from a 2015 blog post. It was meant to emphasize that Ezoic provides great tools to help reduce the chances of violations, but it is not an absolute promise ("CAN really save"), as such claims would be unrealistic. Regarding the AdSense account suspension, it’s important to note that Ezoic does not have control over Google’s decisions to disable accounts. In your case, we did everything we could to investigate the issue with Google, including contacting a representative, but unfortunately, their processes are proprietary, and they shared limited information with us. From reviewing the ticket history, it seems that the issue could theoretically have been triggered by a service page on your site displaying no real content, which you didn´t notice for some time and could have led to a violation for too many ads relative to content. However, this is only an assumption based on what we can see now. Ezoic’s system never places excessive ads, and for over a decade, we've successfully helped protect thousands of publishers from other common violations, such as offensive content or invalid traffic. As for the withheld payment, this is a direct result of Google withholding the funds due to the policy violation. We understand how disappointing this is, but this decision was made by Google, and as a Google publishing partner, we are required to adhere to their policies. This situation is not unique to Ezoic—any platform managing ads would have had to comply with the same rules. It’s also important to remember that as the website owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your site complies with Google’s policies. While we provide tools and support to help prevent issues, we cannot override or reverse Google’s decisions. Our support team worked hard to assist you and tried multiple times to find a resolution, but unfortunately, this is outside of our control. It's unfair to blame us for this, as we didn’t cause the issue, nor do we have the ability to influence Google's final decision. We understand your frustration, but we hope this clarifies our role in this matter.

I'm disappointed, but not surprised, that Ezoic flagged my honest review on Trustpilot for "harmful or illegal content." My review simply shared my frustrating experience with their $20 payout threshold and unresponsive customer support. In contrast, Google AdSense has a more publisher-friendly approach: - Lower payout threshold for publishers that don't want to work with AdSense again: $10 - Timely final payments: Within 90 days of account closure (if balance > $10) Ezoic's attempt to silence critics and maintain an unrealistic payout threshold raises concerns. I urge potential publishers to research thoroughly and consider alternative platforms. Update: Ezoic's censorship only reinforces my decision to leave their platform. Advice to publishers: 1. Research payout thresholds and terms. 2. Evaluate customer support responsiveness. 3. Consider alternative platforms like AdSense. I'll continue sharing my genuine experience, even if Ezoic tries to hide it.

Dear Gabriel, Thank you for your updated review. We understand your frustration and would like to address a few key points you mentioned. Google, being one of the largest companies in the world, with over 2 million active websites using AdSense, has the ability to offer lower payout thresholds due to their vast scale. As you mentioned correctly, their minimum payout upon account closure is $10. With that in mind, we’d ask you to consider what would happen if you approached Google and asked them to pay out $7 because you felt their $10 minimum was too high. It’s unlikely they would accommodate that request, as their terms are in place to ensure sustainability. Compared to other premium monetization platforms, Ezoic's $20 minimum payout threshold is one of the lowest in the industry. We carefully balance our costs, which include transaction fees, to ensure we can keep supporting publishers of all sizes. While we understand that a lower threshold might seem preferable, it wouldn’t be feasible to reduce it further without affecting the entire publisher ecosystem we support. Reducing the payout threshold in individual cases would not only be unfair to other publishers who operate within the same guidelines but would also make it difficult for us to maintain the quality of service we strive to offer. That’s why we require all publishers to carefully read and agree to our terms and conditions before starting with Ezoic. We welcome all feedback, both positive and negative, and strive to improve based on constructive criticism. However, your initial review included language that suggested if we made an exception to our terms, your review could shift to a more positive one. We encourage honest and open dialogue and will always engage constructively. We hope this clears up any misunderstandings. If you reach the $20 threshold, we’ll be happy to pay out your entire balance. All the best!

They have a package called Ezoic Premium aiming to help publishers earn higher. They charge a monthly amount for this service. However, this monthly charge isn't fixed. It can be increased or decreased. It's programmed so that it takes away most of the money you get from this campaign. It seems like they are more focused on their revenue than yours. You almost get nothing. At some point, you will feel they are literally snatching away revenue from your wallet. Disappointing. I don't recommend anyone upgrade to their premium plan at all.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’d like to address your concerns directly. Looking at the performance of your account from June 7th to September 30th, the return on your Ezoic Premium investment (ROI) has been 64.02%. This percentage represents your Premium earnings after subtracting the monthly fees. Your EPMV also went up by 24% from May to June (when you started your current plan). Our Premium model is structured so that publishers always earn more than the cost of the plan—it’s designed and guaranteed to be a net positive for you. In addition to the earnings from Premium demand partners, you’ve also received valuable extras, such as advanced analytics, free Flickify and Writio credits, which alone are worth over a third of your monthly fee. These tools provide even more opportunities for growth. The claim that Premium is "programmed" to take away most of your earnings is simply untrue. In fact, Premium is designed to maximize what you earn. Based on the clear increase in revenue that’s reflected in your dashboard, this review seems to overlook the actual ROI you've achieved. If you have any questions about how Premium is working for you, or if you are not sure where to find this data, feel free to check your dashboard or reach out for more details!
