I recently added my recipe site to Ezoic. At first, everything seemed fine, but then my site was rejected for a 'content issue.' I’m confused because my site already gets over 20K monthly visitors from Pinterest. I’ve seen other sites with poor navigation, weak content, and worse setups get accepted... So why was mine rejected? Also, there’s no clear support email, and the community help is lacking. Really disappointed with how this company treats its users.

Es todo un desastre. Casi te obligan a entrar en los planes Premium que no pueden cobrar con las ganancias, lo cobran directamente de tu tarjeta y luego vemos si te generamos algo extra... La plataforma es horrible, dificil de utilizar, poco intuitiva, enlaces que no llevan a ninguna parte. Soporte inexistente para una plataforma que supuestamente es tu socio de trabajo... Realmente horrible por donde lo mires, no recomiendo a nadie trabajar con Ezoic.

Ich habe mich für Ezoic entschieden, da ich von der Möglichkeit der JavaScript-Integration gelesen hatte, die für meine Website ideal gewesen wäre. Dennoch wurde ich dazu gedrängt, die Cloud-Integration über die Nameserver vorzunehmen, obwohl ich ausdrücklich die JS-Variante bevorzugte. Erst nach der vollständigen DNS-Umstellung erhielt ich eine Reaktion – ein Prozess, der sich unnötig in die Länge zog. Nach der Integration wurde meine Website abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass der Inhalt nicht den Richtlinien entspreche. Dabei hatte ich bereits im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, dass bestimmte Funktionen und Inhalte erst nach der Freischaltung durch Ezoic verfügbar sein würden. Diese Vorgehensweise wirkt auf mich wenig transparent und wenig partnerschaftlich. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich durch den Prozess eher behindert als unterstützt. Die Kommunikation war schleppend, und die Anforderungen änderten sich scheinbar willkürlich. Für Publisher, die auf eine klare und effiziente Zusammenarbeit angewiesen sind, kann ich Ezoic leider nicht empfehlen.

Where do I start with this company! Was convinced to move to Ezoic based on the promise that they would improve my Ad revenue against Google Adsense etc, which has proven not to be the case. Was keen to get on board with Ezoic, as Google Adsense was becoming far to much work with all their legal requirements, so they also promised to handle this for me as well. At the beginning, they were great, I had a dedicated account manager, and even a support ticket service that resolved things quickly if there were any problems. Fast forward, and my website has now gone from 25k+ unique visitors a day down to 6-7k, and my Ad revenue has dropped from around $25.00 per day average to around $7.00 a day. The other day, I noticed that my Ads weren't being served again, probably due to violations, so logged into my Ezoic portal, navigated to the support section, and now they are fobbing you off with a chat bot and a support forum. They claim if you are level 3, which I am, that you can still raise support tickets, but again, that isn't the case, and you are reverted to the support forum. Following the trend, I posted my issue in the support forum, and was finally replied to by one of their staff after a couple of hours, which I believe is now some cheep call centre operating abroad. Normally, they sort my issues straight away, but now I've got a clueless agent asking me question after question, wanting to see screen shot after screen shot, and my Ads are still suspended. Last night, the agent stopped responding at around 2am UK time, and it's now been 14 hours without a response or any resolution. I'm now losing whatever money I was making with Ezoic, and if they do not resolve this, or give advice on how to resolve this within 48 hours, I will be cancelling their serviced and looking for an alternative.

Metterei zero. Il sito viene inondato da pubblicità che crea problemi, rallentando il sito, dando problemi agli utenti e per la seo. Non danno supporto. Cioè io dovrei scrivere nella community anziché ottenere assistenza personale? Ma sono seri? Il fatto che non diano assistenza e ti obbligano a scrivere in un forum basta e avanza per non cascarci a entrare in Ezoic e dare in mano il vostro sito.

Ezoic broke my SSL certificate then abandoned me. Their system shows 'Support Offered' but provides none. Visitors now see security warnings. Avoid this company

Ezoic is such a scam. My payout is frozen, but I'm just level 2 so I get no personal support. There are still $2000 that will not get payed out. The ads are spammy and the earnings went down in the last month, horrible experience after all, even adsense is much better. Stay away from this company.

I have a website that I would like to monetize on your platform, Ezoic. I applied 11 days ago, and I received an email 9 days ago confirming that my website was approved and would proceed to Google reviews. However, today I noticed that Ezoic might reject my website due to quality content issues. This seems quite surprising to me. Perhaps your quality control team is not fully aware of what constitutes quality content. It feels as though my time is not being valued, as this situation is quite frustrating. I understand that this is your platform and you have the right to make decisions as you see fit, but I hope this type of situation can be avoided in the future, as time is valuable for all of us. This will be my last attempt to apply to Ezoic. Not Recommended!
