I can't find option to delete my account after unhappy experience.

The idea behind the system is awesome; promising you to speed up your site to the green threshold of Google page speed, or even more, while doubling your ad revenue. However, page speed up process seems like a scam itself. It claims that your pagespeed is 92 when you check it, which is perfect, butjn practice the page is loading so slow. You can feel that page is too heavy with millions of extra codes in the background.. Feels like they are just paying Google to show the clients' page scores high. Moreover it breaks the theme functionality. I posted another article which was showing on desktop but invisible on mobile. It solely recovered after I split the connection and cleaned the cache. I still don't know how the Google analytics and adsense will respond. Will see in the following days. Look how smart it is. If millions of clients try it for some days or a few weeks and decide to stop it, what will haooeb to the ad revenue they have made so far while integrated to it? Will be ezotic's?

Ezoic doet niet wat het beloofd. Mijn site werd er niet sneller van, de werking en installatie is heel ingewikkeld en de service zo goed als nul. Na de installatie ging mijn website plat, heb de backup moeten terugplaatsen om alles terug in orde te krijgen. Veel geld voor niks dus.

It broke my site and I stopped using after 2 days. But now we realise that since then the payment gateway is not functioning properly due to their code. My website is not sending OK notifications properly. What do you have to do with my payment gateway?

Site performance went off a cliff once I switched. Repeatedly raised this as a concern to them but was told it wasn't an issue (a claim to which I had a pile of evidence that proved the contrary) Their new 'Speed Accelerator' app has helped site speed BUT they charge $20 PER MONTH for the privilege of using it. This is outrageous given that the reason many of their clients' sites are slow is because of the code they fill your site's header with. The quality of customer service has declined significantly since my first couple of weeks with them. Basically, once you're on board they don't want to know about you. Have had to chase them on multiple occasions, only to get nothing back. In December I switched off my ads just to go back to Adsense and - weirdly - they reached out to me within an hour. Obvious where their priorities lie. There's a good product in there somewhere, but their customer service is so poor that I would urge anyone to avoid them and just wait until you reach the threshold for other ad services.

Great idea but the speed platform does not work. I installed it, enabled the speed acceleration option through Wordpress plugin. I then selected my optimisation settings and my scores went from 25/100 up to 90/100 which I was incredibly happy with. But- the joy was shortlived, people using the website complained of broken functionality, flickering elements and other weird behaviour. We tried every other configuration including conservative - the same issues came up. We even tested it on a basic, clean wordpress installation and it caused issues. Fantastic idea, poor execution.

I couldn't agree more with the previous review. We've repeatedly expressed concerns about the website performance after switching to Ezoic, but we've been reassured that everything is fine. Before you know it, our traffic goes from approximately 2.5k daily to 1.5k. We check the webmaster console and the experimental speed feature says that our website is slow. We've relayed this to Ezoic and we've been told to ignore this because it's an experimental feature. Fortunately, at this point, we've decided to ditch them. And guess what? Almost a month later, our traffic is back to normal.

We are a publisher with around 15M Sessions. Ezoic chased us down, trying to sell us their services. We switched to Ezoic which was timely and costly on our end. The support team are basically the sales team who have little knowledge of anything technical and just make things up as they pass. Don't think they have many large publishers on - rolled over to MontizeMore in the end after some terrible customer service. Honest opinion - great sell - little delivery - lot of talk
