Hi there, Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Ezoic is a self-serve platform, which can sometimes take some adjustment to understand the technical aspects of things. We see issues with integration often, usually due to some kind of error with the integration, including hosts blocking Ezoic IPs and more. Whatever the case, we have a large range of educational materials about this exact topic to help our publishers solve these issues should they arise. As far as not getting through to support, we provide at least one avenue for every publisher - either 1:1 support tickets, a support community, or for our smaller publishers, Twist. Not hearing back for over 2 weeks is certainly not supposed to happen on our end and it sounds like it was an unusual error. Hi there, We can assure you that this is not the experience we strive for our customers to have, and we are sorry to hear about your negative experience. In order to help more customers, we have varying levels of service we are able to offer to sites. If you had no live support, it is likely because there were other methods of support we had designed to help you, where you still get help from the Ezoic team. A majority of the issues we see are easily solved via a search in our knowledge base, and we strongly encourage our customers to take a self-serve approach to get a faster response. Your speed should only have improved after using Ezoic. It sounds like you had some roadblocks to using our technology properly. Hey there, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the experience we strive to deliver our publishers. We can assure you that we do care about our customers and their success, and go to great lengths to either provide direct support or a plethora of resources to help publishers navigate any potential issues. In most cases, integration issues are very solvable, and usually result from an issue outside of Ezoic. Ezoic also offers SSL for all publishers.
