Site Speed: When set up correctly via nameserver integration and with Leap properly configured, an Ezoic-integrated site should never be slower than one with AdSense. We're sorry that you've been having trouble setting the system up the way you'd like it and changed your review score. The main thing to remember is that Ezoic gives publishers full control over where ads can and cannot show - via the Ezoic chrome extension. Ad locations and ad sizes can be adjusted using that tool, but if there are errors, you should use the A.I. placeholder setting and not set up the ads manually. We definitely appreciate the feedback that the system could be easier to use and we are continuing to improve the automated features for publishers like you. Thank you for the feedback. p.s. We're sorry to hear that you had problems. Ezoic is a self serve system and if you were to use the Site Speed system - > https://www.ezoic.com/leap/ you could have perfected your scores, not harmed them. As of Nov 2023, Ezoic has 32,000 sites and over 4000 sites with 'all green' core web vitals scores, so your experience is not normal. We take your feedback seriously and want to clarify that we do offer personalized tech support to publishers at Level 2 or above but unfortunately, due to our resources and the amount of people that use Ezoic, it is nearly impossible to extend this 1-on-1 support to every publisher, though we strive to provide excellent self-service options and community support.
