EZFacility, IncReviews of ezfacility.com

Never purchase this terrible service. They are scamming you and the product doesn’t work at all. The most they could charge for this service is $1 as it functions and looks like a beginner made it. Had to cancel classes and there is no mass refund or billing option. It’s impossible to navigate. It’s impossible to mass edit anything. It looks ugly. It’s beyond the worst program in the market and I cannot wait till we end our service with them!

The sales process was amazing, I mean how hard is it to promise the software can do everything you need. After the training, we realized every solution to our problems was given a work around or very long manual process. Customer service was horrible and since we left them our booking have increased 400%.

This has been the easiest integration for our fitness facility. I have also enjoyed the benefit of the Memberme+ app to our platform. The level of customer service is excellent! They are extremely efficient and helpful. I can always get an answer to any questions that I have or receive training on how to use part of the software. The best decision that we made for upgrading our facility was choosing EZ Facility for our software and support team.

I use EZFacility at Total Masters Swimming, a full spectrum swim school and training organizing. The software has helped my scheduling, billing and marketing needs 100% of the time!!

Avoid. Awful customer service, no responsibility for issues and weak security features that will leave you open to fraud. Proceed with caution and read the small print in any contract and record all phone conversations.

UPDATE: once my review below was seen by the company they offered to extend our trial period for the messaging system or give us a credit on our account. I wish they'd done so as soon as the problem occurred but better late than never. They did make it right. I added one star (but still not sure I'd choose this software over others). We've used it in our gym for 6 years. It's just okay but no one wanted to go through the headache of switching to a different program. The screens are very basic and can appear cluttered, especially the scheduling screen. We got used to it though. Recently we wanted to try EZ Messaging that can send text messages to the client information on file. They supposedly allow a 30-day trial period. However, if you want to text from your phone number instead of one of those anonymous 5-digit numbers, it takes two weeks to get the number set up in their system. After two weeks they said they wouldn't complete it because my name wasn't on the phone bill! How did they not check that before they started the process? So we had to start over with someone else's name as the responsible party to match the phone bill. As a result, our 30-day "trial period" is over in two days and we haven't been able to try it at all. We asked them to extend the trial period since they are the ones that delayed the set up and they said NO. What kind of customer service is that? I'd shop around a lot before deciding on this software.

I've been using the EZ Facility platform for many years now and find it incredibly easy to navigate. On the rare occasion that I need assistance, Sean and Lisa are always just a phone call away and ready to help. Jessica also posts regular webinars about new software and interface updates, which I find very useful. I cannot fault their service and fully intend to remain a loyal customer for years to come.

Effective functionality and well done user interface.
