My first time ordering a sun glass frame from your company. I took them to my Costco eye glass department to have my glass prescription filled, they checked the frame and showed me how warped or distorted your frame was. They advised me that they would have to heat up the frame in the bridge area the straighten the frame as to fit properly. they advised me they could not guaranty against damaging the frame because I did not purchase the frame from them. Very disappointed of your quality control by sending me a frame in this condition. Hoping they will stay straight and will not need readjusting to fit properly. Why do I have to bear the cost to switch out frames that were sent to me distorted if I do a return.

Hi Bruce, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to discover an issue with the frame during prescription fitting. This is certainly not the level of quality or service we aim to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. All of our frames undergo quality checks before shipping, but on rare occasions, issues can still occur. We absolutely want the opportunity to make this right for you. We do offer a 41-day return policy for damaged items or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, with no questions asked: https://www.eyeweb.com/returns Please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] so we can review your case and assist you directly with the best possible resolution, including return or replacement options. Your satisfaction is critical to us, and we’d appreciate the chance to help. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Month later, still waiting for my glasses.
Response from EyewebJan 8, 2026
Hi Max, We’re very sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for your glasses. This is not the experience we want for our customers. To provide some context, your order was initially held while we waited for prescription confirmation, which we received on December 9. The glasses were then processed, shipped on December 19, and delivered on December 22. Unfortunately, the frame arrived damaged, and once you contacted us, we immediately set up a return and provided a return label on December 24. The returned item reached our office on the evening of December 31, after business hours, and a replacement frame was ordered as soon as our team was back. We are currently waiting for the new frame to arrive so we can complete your order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our team is actively monitoring this and will reach out with updates as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you’d like to discuss this further. We’re here to help.

Sending the glasses back a second time. Still not right. First the bifocal was too high making me dizzy but now my vision is out of focus. Asked for a refund and my answer was they don't issue refunds. I'm very frusteratef

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing what can only be described as a customer support horror show with Eyeweb.com. From start to finish, my encounter with their support team left me more frustrated than satisfied. Very poor products and pathetic support. Don't even pick a call. Not recommended at all.

I broke my frames. Four months until my next eye exam, I found a Frame Only option available at eyeweb.com. w/ 1-3 day shipping on my discontinued frames. After processing the receipt indicated the item would be shipped in 7-10 days pended lens install. Next business day, emailed customer service, confirming item would be shipped immediately w/o lenses. CS was prompt with bad news. Won't ship without lenses, the system should not have offered them that way. They granted a full refund but what I need is to be able to see before a trip at the end of the week. Now I have to start the search from scratch.

Buyers beware they offer absolutely no customer service. They sent me a broken pair of frames and offered me a solution. Buy another pair, what a joke then they suggested I glue them back together.

11/23/2021: "Shipment# 4783 was sent via USPS 9400111298370998573004 1/6/2022: If the frame was damaged customer wouldn't have waited for 1 and a half months to tell us that. 6 weeks after Mr. Mike Hilger received his order he called us and stated that his optician damaged the frame while inserting the prescription lenses and wanted us to replace the frame under warranty. We clarified the situation and told him that this fault is not from our end as you have received the right frame from us. Please note that if you received the damaged frame from our end then we will definitely provide you with the new frame free of cost but in current circumstances, it was not possible to provide you with the free frame as the manufacturer will not approve that but we still refunded the complete amount of $33.23 to his account just to end this thing on a positive note.
