The system takes some learning. I think there should be an example of what you see before you start. What the 2 color lines might appear as then what they need to be. The test glasses work better than my current ones but still aren't right. If I gold them about 3-4 inches away far objects are much clearer. Up close they don't do much unless they are twice that far away.

Great service, great product! Easy to use and a great solution for me. I really like it!! The only minus is that you cannot delete your tests. I would like to be able to delete all my tests and start again since I am still learning how to use it, it takes more than the 3 tests at the beginning and I started to fast with formal testing. Good product, I like it!!! I recommend it!

The EyeQue equipment works pretty well. You just have to take the time to learn it. They could be a little clearer about which apps you need to perform which procedures. For example you need separate apps for pupillary distance and eye correction. It is made well enough and inexpensive.

I was able to get glasses that are good at distance but not anything within 10 feet. In all fairness it may have been user error. My test results were very inconsistent so it averaged them the best it could.

All of my issues were given prompt attention. I had a fair amount of trouble getting the funds to transfer. I tried PayPal, two different credit cards and three different devices. I do not know what the actual problem was but once I copy/pasted the reply from PayPal saying that the funds were ready to be captured the issue was resolved. After this was accomplished the full access membership was not put in place until I sent another email saying so. As I said, these issues were taken care of promptly and I have no complaint, I am simply informing you of what happened in order to make you aware of changes you might want to make in procedures. Quite honestly, I am very happy with the way things turned out and I view these issues as Growing Pains that any company probably goes through. I do have one other suggestion for you guys which you can take it or leave it, as I was attempting to add another member to my account we tried several times to register and could not figure out why things weren't going through when they actually were going through but all the emails were going into the spam folder and we did not realize that until the fourth or fifth time. Most people that are tech-savvy would probably have caught this the first time around and I am I obviously not tech savvy. Anyway, the point is I want to suggest that you make mention on your website that people need to check their Spam folders. It could save your customers a lot of headaches and probably yourselves as well. In closing I want to reiterate that my issues were most definitely given prompt attention and I am completely content with the way things worked out, and I hope my suggestions are of some use to you. I tried eyeque during the pandemic. Unfortunately it did not work for me but customer service was excellent and I was able to return it for a refund. Keep working on making this device reliable, there is a real need for it.

After trying to use the device several times and actually completing the 'practice' session and doing my first test I must say, there is no way I could subject myself to the results of this test because my age (79) and ability to hold the devise without shaking made the test result very doubtful. It is a good idea but not for someone with my age and physical condition.

Well the problem is we haven't used it yet. Alot of chaos here. So I thought I'd have enough time to do so when I used it. Apparently not so....I will say it arrived quickly and we'll packaged. We look forward to using it and getting some glasses. Thanks LM
