Hello there, and thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were met with frustration when using the PVT. The practice test was designed to give the user an idea of what they need to see/do when testing; it is not calibrated for your specific phone. I have reason to believe it may have something to do with your screen's resolution. Please send us a diagnostic report by selecting Contact Support in the app.

Slight learning curve but worked great for me , was able to then order glasses online with the numbers provided . Was really out of options with the covid crap going on figured it was worth the chance and happy I did .

Like concept but I do not recommend older manual unit. Also not for children or elderly. Too complex. I figured it out, older manual pvt. Took test 5 times to get average. Ordered glasses from Zenni, work fine.

I finally recieved it yesterday! It is very accurate as I compared to my prescription from 7 months ago! Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Have not tried to order glasses with it yet, hoping it's a smooth affordable transaction!
