Hi Seng, If the product is being held in customs, you will need to reach out to your location post to pay for any customs that is due to release the product. Once this has been paid for, it will be released. If it continues to be held without payment, it will be sent back. If you do see the product being sent back to EyeQue please contact our support team so we can replace the order for you.

Hi Triesha, can you provide some more information? If you purchased a Personal Vision Tracker be sure to download the correct app "EyeQue PVT" (light green color app logo) If you purchased a VisionCheck, be sure to download the correct app "EyeQue VisionCheck" (dark blue color app logo) From there, you'll be asked to create an account and input your device serial number. Please let us know which step you are stuck at and we'll help you out!

Hi Melanie, on the very last page of check out, you can add the code in again. The issue is that it needs to know your shipping address before applying the code since the code is only valid for US shipping. We want to make this right, if you are in the US, it should only be $6 dollars. I've sent this ticket to our support team.
