Excellent service.

Could it really work?? I was skeptical about how well this could actually work, but given COVID, I did not want to venture to an office for an eye exam (not having any issues with my eyes). It took a bit of practice to get the hang of the exam, but the tutorials and voice prompts from the device were really helpful. Anyway, I got my new glasses today... and they are AWESOME! I can see clearly again & felt entirely safe getting here. As a side, thank you to Brian in Customer Support for helping me with my account ;-)

Ordered eyeque tracker, and was sure that my phone was compatible with the tracker. Your team took time to check the specs of my phone and advised me that my phone will not give accurate readings and offered to return the phone and refund my money. Not very companies will do this. Once they ship the merchandise, they wash their hands. I appreciate that you still are offering help and suggestions. THAT IS THE WAY TO GO! Thanks

VisionCheck really works. You must be patient during the three tests needed to get your prescription. The app is easy to use and straight forward. I ordered the test glasses immediately and received them a week later. They were perfect and I have since purchased new bifocal glasses and the prescription is perfect on those, as well. Overall, a very simple process with terrific support and fast response from EyeQue.

Great products. Work well. I am post cataract surgery and want to keep an eye on things. 20/20 distance now.

Just received my online prescription, progressive glasses for the first time from Zenni Optical and they were spot on! I am very impressed and I must admit I was a little skeptical but I have been following EyeQue Company since it's beginning. Since our local eye doctor was closed due to getting Covid-19 we decided to try EyeQue technology version 2.0. This is my first time wearing progressives but I can finally read letters or small lettering on packages without taking my glasses. I am very happy with EyeQue and so is my wife. Now we that we know that our EyeQue EyeGlass Numbers are correct we can order some cool sunglasses from Zenni Optical. Please Note - Tip: It does take practice getting use to using the EyeQue Vision Check. The buttons are extremely sensitive...you do not have to push hard on buttons...just a light tap will do.
