Excellent customer support. It doesn't work with high myopes tho so if you have more than -9 look elsewhere

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback. Our devices can support up to -10.00 Diopters of SPH, but the results can start to vary the closer to our range limit your testing needs are. I have always had a bad left eye. No eye doctor has been able to take the time to get it right. I took a chance on your system to see if I could improve my vision in this eye. I received my trial glasses Friday and have been pleasantly surprised. Previously I could not focus on long distances while driving. With your glasses I am able to. My balance of vision has been restored. Nice job Michael

Really good service & instruction, prompt response & an excellent product. Anybody needing glasses should consider purchasing this for a number of reasons; big cost savings, the ability to recheck your eyes whenever you want & the freedom to fit it into your schedule without the need for pupil dilation. The EyeQue system is so much better in my opinion than getting your eyeglass perscription from an optometrist. Sure you still need annual eye checks for health reasons, but you can’t beat the accuracy and convenience provided by EyeQue. Their customer service is fast and personal. This is one great product and one great company.
