Bought it. It didn't work for me. Returned it. Had to contact then 4 times to finally get a refund. And now they keep sending requests for a rating... which I give. Then it comes again. Sigh.

Gentlemen, I was looking for a reliable tool to provide eye care to remote communities. I am dissapointed that the VisionCheck did not provide accurate results. The lens kit still is the gold standard. Regards, David Krull

Results of testing are inaccurate. The sphere is 2.0 diopters less than my prescription from an optometrist. I could not recommend ordering glasses based on the readings from the EyeQue device.

I suspect that my red/green colorblindness prevented me from getting consistent results with your product. At least I HOPE that was the problem and not simply a defective unit. Nobody made any effort to see if that was, in fact, the problem. I was simply told that I could return the unit. That's a shame. I was hoping they might offer the unit with a different color scheme.

I was very excited to be able to check my vision at home and I rushed to use this as soon as it arrived. I had trouble using the first 2 times but I assumed I would be able to practice more and get a valid reading. However, on further reading, I discovered that persons with implanted lenses from cataract surgery would not be able to use the test properly or get a valid reading! This information was buried in the papers I received. I discovered it only after reading a customer comment. I would like to return the set but I'm not sure it can be returned.
