I ordered a Personal Vision Tracker from an email ad. The receipt led me to the EyeQue website. There I found that I actually wanted a EyeQue Vision Monitoring Kit. I emailed customer support and received a refund immediately. I placed the new order for the Monitoring kit which arrived in two days. I can't imagine how EyeQue could have done more. Thank you.

Had serious doubts but with a two month wait to see an eye doctor and them never seeming to get my prescription correct I tried this. I was convinced my glasses would be wring but it works exactly as advertised.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked for me. I bought the kit and after using it bought the try on glasses which helped me feel comfortable with using my new prescription to buy new glasses online. So glad to have found this!

My husband and I recently used our Eyeque PVT to test our eyes. We noticed that the values had changed considerably but it had been several years since last testing. We ordered glasses on line and when we received them we could not see a thing! I contacted Eyeque support and explained the situation. With their help we were able to determine that the phone we used had a magnification feature that caused false reading with the PVT! Fortunately the company we ordered glasses from allowed us to return them for a full credit. We have reordered and I'm confident they will be fine.
