The response was fast and in general my questions were answered. The only problem was it took two times to get my question answered. In fairness this was as much me as support. I will always use and recommend EyeQue. Bob F

I have the beginning of a cataract in my left eye. This made using their test device difficult, but not impossible. They should probably put a disclaimer for this condition before you buy. Having said that, I was able to get a reading and my test glasses worked out fine! Not a replacement for professional testing, but does work on pretty good if you are careful with testing.

I find the vision checker a little difficult to use. Am looking forward to getting version 2. That being said the service and assistance has been very good.

The product, the trial eyeglasses, and ease of use were amazing. My only issue which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that instead of the app asking what phone I was using I was supposedly sent an email that I never received. After contacting the company requesting an expected delivery date I was then sent an email asking for my phone type and model number. This delay could have been eliminated if the app asked what phone I was using on the onset.

I was able to get a prescription from this device after 4 tries. It was pretty consistent with the prescriptions I have gotten from optometrists. The EyeQue device is a bit difficult to use: to see the green and red bars, the device's eyepiece has to be positioned exactly right, and it takes some practice to get the feel for how the three buttons work while holding your cell phone and the EyeQue device steady. Since each full test requires 18 measurements, 9 on each side, EyeQue can be tedious to use.

Overall impressed with this service for the price. I needed new glasses quickly before a trip and didn’t have time to get in with my optometrist. There is definitely a learning curve using the device and I think that skewed my early results a little bit, so I made sure to do a lot of tests over a few days before ordering glasses. I am only giving 4 stars because I did have a few issues with the app crashing mid-test which was frustrating. I ordered glasses from Zenni (which I’ve used before) and they are great, I am seeing way better than I was with my old pair. Definitely recommend!

The service and response time is great, the trial glasses came very fast, My prescription strength matched my clinic prescription after I figure out how to have all the settings right, even though I have a screen protector I had to say no. If I said yes my numbers would be wrong, My astigmatism was a little off, but not that noticeable, for the price I recommended this tool, but to get your initial settings I recommend you have a clinic prescription to make sure it matches.
