EyeQue was very helpful for me in getting a part I lost. This was not their fault but they were happy to help. On another note, I love the EyeQue product line and I am amazed at how accurate it is. I'm a little bit of a skeptical and took an eye test afterwards. It was the same. Thanks EyeQue.

Not sure why the review invitation only came after interacting with support, but oh well. I contacted support because the app requested that I submit a crash report, but their suggestion of using the highest resolution on my phone is unacceptable due to increased battery drain. Still, other than the odd crash everything is usable. Now to review what you are probably most interested in. I bought my kit from a third party and it came with the activation code for a year. Technically speaking I don't qualify to use the device because my vision requires prisms. Still I was able to get numbers that matched one pair of glasses, but not as quickly as advertised. My recommendation is to ignore the advice about getting a yellow line and just get the norrowest line you can.

It took a little time to get used to the self-testing system, but I received help from a representative to help achieve an accurate result, and the test glasses I received worked perfectly!

Support was very good... knowledgeable, courteous, slight wait. Unfortunately thee issue is one of engineering and isn't expected to be fixed. This is due to a programming assumption that limits the devices ability to provide prescriptions is the readings in your two eyes are too far apart. The software then assumes the readings are wrong and will not create an EGN.

Hello Gary, Thank you for your feedback. You are correct, in that the VisionCheck and Personal Vision Tracker (PVT) are unable to generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN) if one or both eyes are testing inconsistently. This is an effort to prevent our users from ordering glasses with unreliable measurements. We realize there are some users who require measurements for one eye only, and hope to have a solution in the near future. Please check back for updates!

Problem solved, I hadn't noticed I was using the wrong e-mail address. I was adding .co.uk instead of the correct .com .co.uk does not exist.
