EyeQue service was great! They sent the EyeQue equipment as promised, it arrived quickly. Then, disappointedly, I discovered that because I am partially colorblind I could not use the EyeQue easily. I asked for a return label, and AFTER getting it, I was then asked why the return. When I told them the problem they confirmed that for some colorblind people the instrument is difficult to use and that they were working on a way to address the issue. I cam away feeling that my problem was understood and my concerns validated. More, the whole of the conversation took place following the issuing of the return label. A “No questions asked” response. I was very pleased. I am most interested in following up in the future.

Eyeque is an excellent very innovative product, I loved using it

I am very happy with my EyeQue device. I held off reviewing it until I received my first pair of glasses made to the Rx from the EyeQue. I was a little worried that they would be too strong because it was different than the Rx from my doctor. They turned out great! I am very satisfied with the whole experience. My only comment is that there should be a suggestion on the strength of ambient lighting you should have when doing the EyeQue tests. I found it easier to avoid bright rooms. It can be slightly tricky to make sure you are viewing the test bars correctly, but it's reassuring when repeated tests have almost identical results. I really like my optometrist, but the whole billing experience around retail eye glasses is a huge rip-off if you don't have vision insurance. The EyeQue takes the financial stress completely out of the equation. I would give 6 starts if possible!

Very nice product

It took a little bit to figure out how the test worked but I got the hang of it and took the actual eye test in less than 15 minutes. I have pretty bad nearsightedness and was hesitant about how well it would work. Had a slight glitch in determining my PD but it worked fine on second try. Ordered try on glasses for $19 which arrived quickly. I was surprised with how accurate the glasses were and loved the idea of the try on glasses before ordering glasses online. I have received my progressive glasses from an online retailer and have ordered other pairs using my Eyeque eyeglass numbers.

I've found the EyeQue support team to be exceptionally good. They have been able to answer every technical question I've run by them with ease. They clearly know the product and its use cases very well. I'm a big fan of this product and the company behind it.
