Actually there is a trick to use the device similar to using a shooting scope. Once I figured out how to "see" both the distance view in the one eye and the color bars at the same time, it suddenly got fairly easy to use. The trial glasses service was very fast and a big help to verify the results before committing to more expensive glasses. I'm glad I gave it a try!

This product is a little awkward to get started with But once you practice a little bit things work out quite well. I have not ordered glasses based on the results Of this I test, but I intend to in the near future. Will update my review after I received my new glasses. The support team was quite helpful when I was having trouble getting consistent results with the eye exam. They were quick to respond to my concerns and gave me good advice on how to correct the problems I was having.

I've been extremely impressed so far with both the product and customer service. I would highly recommend the EyeQue system and company.
