Hello Vickie, Thank you for your review. You are correct - some users will not be able to test well, depending on the type and severity of their color deficiency. Changing the lines into letters or shapes will not necessarily make a difference, since the inability to discern between colors is still present. Our newest product, the VisionCheck 2, has filters that can help those with color deficiencies. It is not available yet, but if you find that you are unable to continue testing with the VisionCheck, please contact our support team at [email protected] to start the return process.

Hello William, Thank you for your review. One of our agents responded to your email on 5/18, explaining the reason why you are unable to generate an EyeGlass Number. As for the PD, you should be able to see it displayed on dashboard of the PDCheck app. It is updated each time you take a new test. Hello Kris, Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that the glasses didn't work for you. After taking a look at your results, your left eye's measurements were fairly consistent, but there was some variation in the right eye that affected the resulting EyeGlass Number.
