Hello J Pike, Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are unable to use the VisionCheck2 with your current phone. The agent you were in communication with mentioned that any iPhone model 7 and newer would work with the VisionCheck 2 app. It is unfortunate that were are unable to support earlier models as Apple is no longer supporting them. We don't want you to feel like you are stuck with a product you are unable to use, so I will be contacting you separately to discuss a return.

The number of tests needed to generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN) greatly depends on how consistent the tester's results are. Hello Steve, We're sorry to hear that your experience with the VisionCheck is not what you had expected. The length of time it takes to complete a single test varies from person to person, but on average it can take 10-15 minutes for the first test, and tapers down as one becomes acclimated to the test process. The multiple angles are necessary in measuring astigmatism correction, if any. One of our agents will be reaching out to separately to discuss your EyeGlass Numbers (EGN) and provide further assistance if needed.

Hello Julie, Sorry to hear you ran into trouble when using the VisionCheck. It is possible that you may have lost internet connection when the app was trying to calculate and save your measurements. Usually when this happens there is a constant spinning icon. If/when it stops, it usually returns to the last screen it was on. Have you tried force closing the app completely before testing again? Hello Todd, Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear the VisionCheck did not work for you. Although one of our agents was providing additional tips for testing, you had returned the unit before giving it a try. While our products have been used successfully by thousands of our customers to the point of glasses, we understand there will be situations where it may not work properly. We are continuing to look into these incidents so that we can improve the experience for our customers.
