EyeQue uses an automated email reply there's not an actual person and/or the respondent just asks the same question how may I help you? Never goes any further...I would have been better off paying the money to an eye doctor.

It doesn't work well for me. Difficult to find both the red and green rectangles with my right eye when my left eye is open.

Hi David, Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our device. Here are a few tips that we always suggest in order to see the lines clearer and test better in general. First, is making sure you are resting your elbows on a leveled surface such as a desk or table. This will allow you to keep a good posture as well as prevent fatigue. Next, is to ensure the room you are testing in is dimmed and does not contain too much light. In addition, please make sure your phone brightness is up all the way up or at a bright comfortable level. Lastly, you want to start by placing the device on the inner portion of your eye (touching your nose) when you first start. Then you do not see the lines begin to move the device (keeping it leveled) outwards until you can see both lines. Then do your best to keep this position throughout testing. I am sorry to say that your product does not meet the quality I expected. My current power is something like S -2.50 C -0.50 with Eyeque, -2.00 c -2.50 I tried several times, but the result I got was far away from actual prescription. I personally believe your product concept is great, but need more effort to make it better.

Hi Yutaka, Thanks for your reply. Sorry to hear about your most recent experience while using our VisionCheck. I did review your results on the backend. There are differences with the measurements for each of your test which causes spread. When spread occurs among your measurements this will lead to inaccurate results. If we can decrease the spread among your test, and make the data points more clusters, this will lead to be measurements. Here are a few tips that we always suggest in order test better. I have never been able to get my device to work. I cannot even see the two colored lines.

I honestly dont want to be reminded of this product. If what you mean by learning curve is doing something other than the included step by step instructions then yes... "Learning curve". Multiple people with in my family all recieved same eyeque/prescription numbers following the step by step instructions. 10-20 test and same results. Contacted customer service only to be dissapointed by a friendly staff with no answers. This was my experience. Maybe and hopefully it'll work for you but i was sadly let down by this amazing idea of a product. Good luck.

Bought the glasses to use with the PD Check app but the app would never let me do a test. After going back and forth with tech support I just gave up and returned the glasses used with the app.
