Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Can you please provide more information so we can address what went wrong? Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I haven't been able to use it yet because the rubber strap that connects it to the phone literally pushes the buttons on the phone, turning it off. I asked them about it, and they pretended it's a minor problem that can be fixed by loosening the strap. (It can't.) I have a Samsung Galaxy 9, so they have undoubtedly heard from many customers, though they pretend it's just a few. I think I can rig it to work, but I haven't taken the time to do that yet. I think they can can be more forthcoming, and they can come up with a recommended solution rather than telling every Galaxy user to invent one themselves. When I've found the time to come up with a solution for me, I'll revisit this review.

John, this is a very helpful review. Thank you for the feedback. Another suggestion is to adjust the strap openings to straddle the side control buttons. Unfortunately there are thousands of different phones, which controls in different locations. We will continue to work towards a future solution that can accommodate for this issue.

App did not work for me. Edit: The EyeQue app is not working. When I attach the device to my smartphone, I can take the vision test, but it fails to record anything. No matter how many times I take the test, nothing is saved.

Thank you for adding more information! On the Test Preparation screen, you are asked "have you removed your glasses/contacts?" if you select yes, the test will be saved towards your EyeGlass Numbers. If you select no, your results will not be counted towards your EyeGlass Numbers, because your vision is already corrected. In order to get results, you need to take off your glasses/contacts and also select "yes" when asked "have you removed your glasses/contacts. This should do the trick!! Please give it a try, and if that does not work reach back out to us!

Hi there, if you have completed 3 tests, you should have received an email from us providing you with a recommendation: to order glasses, continue testing to refine your results, or contact support for personal assistance. Our support team ([email protected]) would love to help you improve your results if you did not receive an "order glasses" recommendation in your email. Thank you for providing your feedback!

I can not see out of the glasses. I may have done something wrong. I did not bother returning them or questioning you about them . I purchased the cheapest pair just to see if they would work. I will not try again. But thank you my hopes were high I could use your service.
Response from EyeQueJan 29, 2020
Hi Harold, Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry to hear about your eyeglass experience. If you are located within the United States, we would gladly reimburse the price your paid for these glasses. We would just need a receipt of the eye glasses order and also to have the eyeglasses sent to our headquarters. We will also reimburse the return shipping if you provide the receipt. Best, Andre

I can't use the results from this product to purchase glasses which totally defeats the reason I bought them.
