Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The test does take about 20 minutes for first time users. As far as knowing how well you're testing and if you need to continue testing or not, we send an email to you every three tests that provides you feedback on your results. As far as results being "off by 1-2 points", results within .25 diopters of your latest Rx is very close. Anything beyond that, we wouldn't recommend you order glasses with (which is in the email we send to you every three tests). Hi Dipak, if your results are within .25 diopters, that means your results are good to use to order glasses. You should have received an email after your third test that recommends you: order glasses, test more to refine your results, or contact support for personal help. Results to vary, so for some users 3 tests is enough, and for others, refining your results is required if you'd like to order glasses with your results. Hi Katie, we can confirm that we do not have an order under your name or email. However, you are in our opt-in member data base which could have been through our website or by simply creating an account. One really great tip is to rest your elbows on a table while taking the test to limit movement and other variables.
