Hi there, thank you for giving EyeQue a try. After your third test, you should have received an email that provided one of three recommendations based on how well you completed the tests: 1. order glasses online 2. take more tests to refine your results 3. contact support. If we did not recommend ordering glasses, that explains why the glasses weren't great for you. As far as the scrape on the glasses, we do not sell glasses so that is a separate issue with the online eyeglass retailer you purchased with.
