It was convenient to test your eyes at home. I ordered glasses and so far they seem to work well.

I do not know how things are going, becasue I am still waiting on my return to complete. But overall, things went ok. Customer service not being open on weekends tend to be an issue, but otherwise ok.

This was a waste. I primarily wanted custom reading glasses and didn't know that your glasses wouldn't be suitable until I bought this. Update. Eyeque responded here telling me to log in to the website and initiate an RMA. The link shown on trustpilot is broken but I was eventually able to find the website. I think that there is only a 30-day guarantee so it remains to be seen if I will be able to do a return. I wrote a message to customer support asking for directions. New update: I changed my rating because they refunded my money. I hadn't expected that.

I make an order but I cannot see in my account! The team help me to trace my orders and explain why I cannot see it in the new created account clearly.....Because I make an order before creating account！Technically, they cannot match together!

The readings for the left eye are perfect. The right eye was slightly off so I adjusted it when I ordered glasses. Overall I really liked using your product and can recommend it.
Response from EyeQueSep 12, 2022
Hello Nancy, Thrilled to hear how well the VisionCheck worked for you! We appreciate your support and thank you for your recommendation!
Der C.
Great product once you familiar with the device after multiple tests. Save me many trips to visit optometrist.
Response from EyeQueSep 6, 2022
Hello Der! Thank you for leaving us a review! You are correct, it takes a bit of practice to become familiar with the VisionCheck and how to test correctly, but your patience and persistence will pay off! We're glad to have helped provide measurements for you, but we still think it's important to see your Optometrist regularly to check your eye health :) Thanks again for the support and have a great day!
