My prescription exceeded manufacturing limits. I asked if they can make try-on glasses that are not exactly per the tested EGN (0.25 off), but within there capability. CS was not very helpful in accommodating my request. Maybe they just did not understand what I was asking.

I'm giving 3 stars for now, maybe it's my fault maybe not, but my left eye test did it produce the correct vision results. The right eye seems to be spot on.... I will keep trying to use it to see if I get any better results for the left eye, but for now it's no good.

This is a good product but has a few 'faults'. First it is very difficult to get the buttons to make the color lines moves. With this and the time it takes to do the test I personally believe it is very time consuming and tiring to work with.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback regarding the VisionCheck. I'm sorry to hear there was some difficulty with the sensors. Please be sure to use light taps with the pad of your fingertip when using the 1st and 2nd sensors, similar to texting. Pushing down or applying pressure will result in sporadic or no movement at all. The 3rd sensor is activated by keeping your finger on the sensor for 2-3 seconds (again, no pressure) then you will see/hear the motor rotate the slits in the eyepiece to the next meridian. As for the test, we understand that it can be quite frustrating considering the amount of time it takes to complete each eye. However, it is important to test at each angle so we can detect/provide measurements for astigmatism correction, if any. I am upset at the fact that we in the US can't get the Vision Tracker @ until who knows when, but other countries can. Can't you do an update to the older versions to make the lines bigger and easier to see ?

I can’t get consistent results. Colored bars never completely overlap and don’t have square corners so it is a guessing game. Good idea but it doesn’t work for me.

I may bump it higher if version 3 comes out. it was pretty close I did 75 tests in each ey to be safe which took quite a few days. It may work really well for anyone with vision better than -5. I'm currently around -8 I order 3 pairs after I got 6 tests that stayed the same in a row. All 3 pairs were slightly off but they will still work as a backup pair of glasses so it's not too bad. I do recommend getting test glasses from zeni optical since you can get some for $35 and a free first lens replacement especially if your vision is worse than -5.

The device seemed to work fine, I followed the instructions as I understood them. I did a few tests and then ordered the test glasses. The glasses were not the right prescription. I had high hopes for this, but I think my eyesight is too bad for this to work for me.

Hi Dawn, Thank you for your review; we appreciate the feedback. Can you please contact our support team? Your results are pretty consistent, so we think the reason that the results might be off is because the resolution of your smartphone is set too low. This can affect your results and if the PPI is smaller than your device's PPI, the results can be off as much as a diopter. Our support team can help you with these settings if you are unsure how to change them.
