I spoke with Denzel. He provided me with information which was exceedingly helpful. We used all his advice to complete the eye exam, its still a work in progress but I just wanted to express my thanks to Denzel now. His explanations were easy to understand and he took the time to make sure our concerns were fully addressed. He knew how to optimize use of the tools for our needs. I would definitely want Denzels assistance in the future because he has great customer service skills.

The support team was an awesome experience! They got back to me quickly and resolved and answered all my questions! I am new to EyeQue and was a little scared to get the kit and take the test, I was thinking can this really test your eyes for glasses and could it actually work. I have a special needs daughter who after years ago of getting her eyes dilated , we had to take her to eyes specialist weeks afterwards to get her eye dilation reversed and ever since then they have not been able to get her a prescription its a long story but she suffered with not been able to see distant and all the eye doctors she seen says they have no prescription to help her :-( When I seen EyeQue I thought I would buy the kit and have her give it a try, I wear glasses and haven't seen an eye doctor in a few years so I thought I would try it first and get the try on glasses just to see if this really does what it says and IF it would actually work, to my TOTAL amazement it work perfect my try on glasses was perfect and I could seen distant with them in crystal clear vision, I can't wait till they do it for close up vision too because I need both! I told my special needs daughter they work perfect and not to give up, EyeQue worked with her on a daily and weekly bases until she was able to get the consisted readings she needed for her glasses and now we are waiting and excited for her glasses to come in! I find this company not only honest, but they really care that you get the right readings and work with you until you do THEY really go that extra mile! got my EyeQue VisionCheck, did the trial test, then the 3 real tests, got prompted to try out my prescription with some test glasses, took the trial and i have to say it was spot on, the only gripe was that the test glasses are round and not that big so i am aware of the rim on the sides, but no matter since its just a test and it was flawless, i ordered a pair of glasses with the prescription so lets see how it turns out if it goes as good as the test then it will be perfect.

Refund was successful and appreciated. Thanks for the trial period! Age has it's limitations and this was the case for us.

The team was very helpful in getting me the correct eye glass numbers. They kept in contact with me and never let me slip through the cracks. If you'd rather do eye exams at home, I highly recommend EyeQue.
